About us

Broad Run Healthcare RCM is an independent member of a nationwide network of Medical Revenue Managers. In the spring of 2024, we established an office in Manassas, Virginia, to serve the healthcare practices locally and regionally. Our trained and talented staff uses the latest technology and techniques to enhance a practice’s revenue stream and minimize rejections.

The site manager is Sirian Thepsoumane. He is a US Army veteran with 28 years of service in telecommunications and information technology. Throughout his military career, countless numbers of medical doctors, dentists, nurses, therapists, and counselors have kept him medically fit to fight our nation’s wars. Supporting healthcare providers is a small way for him to give back to those who helped him along the way.

Sirian is a Certified Medical Revenue Manager (CMRM) from the Medical Revenue Management Association of America (MRMAA). He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University. He makes time to volunteer for veteran causes, underserved communities, scouting and disabled youth programs, and spiritual ministry to the elderly or isolated.
